With over 21 years of professional design experience, I’ve seen a thing or two because I’ve designed a thing or two. I have guided c-level executive teams through the design process and how it works, facilitated discovery and co-creation workshops, and performed in-depth user research that uncovered valuable insights that changed the course of products. I’ve led design and product teams that shepherded products from concept to launch, and then continued revisions with multiple release cycles. Finally, let’s not forget the ever-important business development tasks like interacting with clients, gathering requirements, and building timelines and budgets.
